The price of an EICR varies depending on how many circuits are in the house. The average (3 bedroom) home tends to have up to 12 circuits, however this depends on your home. This information can be found in your consumer unit.

You should be able to find this information on your most recent EICR certificate.
If you are unable to find the certificate or believe you never recieved one, you should contact the company that carried out the EICR (or your Landlord / previous home owners depending on your situation)
If for any reason you are unable to find the previous certificate, booking in an EICR will be the next step to ensure the electricals in the property are safe and up to date.

Yes!
EICR’s are required up to every 10 years, however they can be done inbetween this time frame if you have any concerns, or recently had some significant electrical changes.
For the average size house (which we consider to be 2 – 4 bedrooms) can roughly take 2 – 5 hours to complete.
We tend to send EICR certificates via email.
This can however differ depending on the person, if you woud prefer for a copy to be posted to your house that can be arranged too.
