It’s often hard to find a reliable building / property maintenance contractor, but after two failures with other companies, I think I finally cracked it with EPM! Kept me informed, kept all promises, was clear about what needed doing and rates are reasonable. I will be using their service again and would recommend.
We’ve been using EPM for over a year now and always found them to be reliable, helpful and courteous. They cover a wide range of services, so can always find someone to help. So far we’ve used them for boiler maintenance, plumbing, electrics, extending our patio – you name it, they can do it! Reasonably priced, efficient and punctual.
I have used EPM several times for a range of things, they are always fast, friendly and very professional. It’s refreshing to have tradespeople turning up when they say they will and doing what you have asked them to! Highly recommend.
