Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility

    – This competition is open only to residents of postcodes EX1 to EX8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  1. Competition Details

– The competition will run until Wednesday 30th October 2024. 

– Three winners will be selected at 16:00 PM during a Facebook live video draw.

– The live video will be published on our Facebook and Instagram pages for anyone who misses it to rewatch.

  1. How to Enter

To enter the draw, participants must: 

– Comment their full name OR tag someone they wish to nominate using their full name. (first and last names)

– Comments to enter the prize draw must be made on the competition posts.

  1. Nominations

– Participants can nominate themselves or others. 

– Each nominee will only be put in the draw once. 

– If nominating multiple individuals, each nomination must be made in a separate comment with the full name of the nominee. 

  1. Contact Information

– Winners will only be contacted if they provide contact details (email or phone number) when they nominate themselves in the comments. For example, they can comment and then send their contact details via Messenger.

– If no contact details are provided, you will still be counted in the draw but will be expected to contact us to receive the prize.

– If we do not receive any communication or a response to any communication by November 7th at 12:00 PM, you will be removed from the prize draw, and it will be redrawn. 

– Once contact has been made with the winners, we will require further details to arrange and schedule the boiler service.

  1. Prize Details

– The three prizes are three boiler services OR you can swap this out for a GSC. (On a boiler and gas hob ONLY.)

– The boiler service must be used by the end of November 2024. 

– Must be a domestic gas boiler under 70Kw

– Prize does not include any materials or repair of any faults found on the boiler.

– This boiler service will be carried out ONLY on Mondays – Fridays between the hours of 8:00am and 16:00pm.

– If for some reason we attend on an agreed date and no one is at the property, this will not be rescheduled, and your prize will be void.

– Appropriate access will be required to satisfactorily carry out the inspection.

  1. Notification of Winners

Winners will be announced during the live video draw. If any of the three winners do not make or respond to any contact by Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 12:00 PM, any remaining prizes will be redrawn from the hat.

  1. General Conditions

– By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. 

– We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these rules. 

– This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
