Plumbing:
      – £70 + VAT for the first hour (Incl. Call out fee)
      – £45 + VAT for every hour onwards (Charged in 15 minute units)
Any materials bought will be added on top of hourly charges

GSC + Boiler Services:

Combined gas safety certificate and boiler service:
   – £105 + VAT
GSC (Gas Safety Certificate):
   – £85 + VAT
Boiler Service:
   – £85 + VAT

Electrical:
      – £60 + VAT for the first hour (Incl. Call out fee)
      – £40 + VAT for every hour onwards (Charged in 15 minute units)
Any materials bought will be added on top of hourly charges

EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report):
      – £180 + VAT for up to 12 circuits
      – £14 + VAT for each additional circuit
12 circuits is the average household amount of circuits.

PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
      – £65 + VAT for 10 items
      – £3 + VAT for each additional item    

 Maintenance:
– £55 + VAT for the first hour (Incl. Call out fee)
– £35 + VAT for every hour onwards (Charged in 15 minute units)
– Any materials bought will be added on top of hourly charges

All materials are charged at trade purchase prices plus 20% markup.
